How many charms should I do?

Most people choose 7-9 charms. We recommend picking an odd number so one charm can take center stage.

How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is currently 7 business days. Once your order is ready, standard shipping time usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You'll see the exact shipping costs at checkout once you enter your address.

Do you sell charms individually?

Yes! You can find a individual charm builder on our home page. Please note these charms are priced differently.

What material is our jewelery? Will it tarnish?

*Almost* all our pieces are gold PVD plated stainless steel - tarnish free (base), water resistant (plating), and hypoallergenic.

Some charms are gold-filled and only water-resistant, so they may lose luster over time when exposed to water, perfume or sweat.

Every charm is clearly labeled (when clicked on) *tarnish-free or *water-resistant. For 100% tarnish free items, choose only those labeled *tarnish-free.

All other items online are tarnish-free and safe for showering, the ocean, sweat, and perfume.
